Job Description

• Leading audit engagements and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Providing technical expertise to team members and clients within the business services sector.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in all audit-related matters.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to enhance their professional development.
• Reviewing and approving audit workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

The Successful Applicant

• A recognised professional qualification in accounting or auditing (ACA, ACCA).
• Proven experience in leading audit engagements within the Accounting & Finance sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
