A leading accountancy and tax advisory practice with multiple offices in Southern England is seeking to recruit an Audit RI Director or Partner. This well-established firm has particular expertise in the farming and agricultural sector, landed estates, and private client services.

With several offices across Central and Southern England and ambitious growth plans, the firm has created a new opportunity for an Audit RI Director or Partner to join the expanding Audit team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Winchester area, offering hybrid working (three days in the office, up to two days from home) and flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Fully ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5-7 years’ post-qualified UK audit practice experience (medium or mid-tier firm background preferred)
- RI status
- Significant experience in an audit team, ideally at senior manager or associate director level
- Strong UK audit knowledge across a wide range of topics
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
- Confident communicator, able to lead client/business development seminars
- Highly commercial approach
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a varied portfolio of audit clients
- Expand the local client base
- Play a key role in networking and marketing activities
- Work closely with directors and the audit team to deliver a full range of high-quality audit services
- Measure and monitor divisional KPIs
- Help create and implement audit business strategy
- Plan and manage the work of the local audit team
- Line manage and develop audit staff
- Further develop relationships with international networks
