About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B marketeer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who is confident managing campaigns end-to-end (ideation to delivery and reporting), enjoys working cross-functionally, and has experience scaling B2B marketing activity in a high-growth environment. If you are commercially minded, hands-on, and keen to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

As the B2B Marketeer, you will play a key role in driving HealthHero’s B2B growth. You will be responsible for building and launching scalable campaigns, supporting the new business funnel, and ensuring clients and prospects are engaged through sharp, effective marketing.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Account Management, you will make sure campaigns are aligned, consistent and commercially focused. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to create and optimise content, manage our HubSpot marketing automation, and deliver in-life campaigns that support both acquisition and retention.

  • Support new product and service launches with go-to-market campaigns and client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns and content are aligned and commercially impactful.
  • Create and update website pages and digital content to support campaigns, ensuring on-brand messaging and SEO optimisation.
  • Plan and execute webinars, client events and thought leadership initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Design and scale repeatable marketing processes (campaign frameworks, reporting dashboards, best-practice playbooks) to ensure efficiency and consistency across markets and propositions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Work with external agencies and partners where required to deliver campaigns at pace.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing scalable marketing processes and ensuring consistent brand application across all channels.
