OverviewBDO Digital Cyber Director role at BDO UK. This Senior role focuses on growing and delivering cyber security consulting services within our Digital team, advising clients on cyber risk and remediation roadmaps.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage and deliver cyber security assessments.Assist clients to understand and communicate their cyber risk and co-build remediation roadmaps.Stay at the forefront of knowledge of the threat landscape, cyber defence best practices and regulatory expectations.Identify opportunities for new services, build, lead and take them to market within the cyber consulting space.Lead and contribute to a growing service line with innovative approaches.Qualifications and ExperienceStrong UK network with the ability to leverage relationships.Strong and demonstrable experience in delivering complex cyber engagements, with the ability to understand client challenges and develop solutions to meet requirements.Strong technical understanding and experience delivering and managing cyber security assessments (e.g., CIS Critical Controls, ISO27001, NIST CSF).Demonstrable interest, training, experience or certification in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is highly beneficial.Experience working with clients (e.g., leading workshops and report writing).Ability to build sustainable relationships and networks with team members and clients.Experience managing teams and a passion for supporting the development of self and others.Strong analytical skills to recognise trends and themes in technical findings.We Offer and CultureWe’re committed to agile working and providing flexibility to suit individuals, teams, and tasks.
