About Us

About Us

We are a challenger business for challenger businesses daring to defy the conventional norms of growth within their category.

Being a challenger is about ambition.

It's about punching well above our weight and finding opportunity in unconventional places, gaining relative advantage.

We are the home of Where Brands Grow.

Our values:

No Sacred Cows - Challenge received wisdom. Re-evaluate everything, constantly. Nothing is off the table.

Don't Follow The Herd - We're here to do things differently to the way everyone else does it. Stand out to succeed or risk the danger of being indifferent.

No Bullshit - Always tell the truth, even if it's inconvenient. Don't shy away from complexity (but don't overcomplicate).

The Role

As Performance Director, you will support the Head of Digital in developing the Bountiful Cow's digital performance team and product offering from the ground up.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in shaping and developing a "Relative Advantage" performance media service that drives short term performance, supports long term growth ambitions and mostly importantly delivers business results. This is an opportunity to start from scratch and build the performance media service/product for modern marketing approach.

We're looking a strategic thinker who is driven by data, not afraid of innovation and who can ensure all digital activities are aligned with client's objectives. You'll be able to lead both strategically and operationally, whilst overseeing the execution of integrated media campaigns.

You'll bring a No Bulls**t mindset - equally comfortable with hard-nosed clients who are comfortable in the performance landscape and those who are still finding their feet in this space - from - Savills, Stiga and The Telegraph.

You will spearhead best-in-class Performance media strategy, automation, and implementation across Paid Search and/or Paid Social & Digital Display. You will work with other digital leads in the agency and wider the7stars group to build a best-in-class performance team.

You will be someone who can work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with both the junior and senior team. You will contribute and lead department workstreams as well as playing a key part in the development of our internal processes and our professional output, identifying areas of improvement and delivering solutions not just talking about them.

You will drive best-practice across the agency as well as building, developing and mentoring a talented performance team. Bountiful Cow is growing fast and we envisage that a strong differentiated performance business will drive significant incremental business growth in this space over 2025/26 and the team to grow along with this so it's exciting time to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior media activation specialist to make that next step in their career and they don't come around that often.
