Key Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of boutique performance – including sales, client development, marketing, and profitability. Lead high-impact initiatives to grow the boutique’s luxury client base and elevate client experiences. Develop and execute clienteling and CRM action plans in partnership with head office. Represent the brand at local and global client events. Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team, setting clear goals and daily motivation.
