We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Branch Director to lead our Lincoln branch and drive its continued success.As the senior leader at branch level, the Branch Director will have overall accountability for all aspects of branch performance, including delivery of the local P&L, growth through retention, cross-sales, and new business, and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
