Do you have experience leading teams of up to 15? Frazer is the UK's leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors. We are on the hunt for a Branch Director to lead the team in our NEWTON ABBOTT branch. Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday Location: Frazer, NEWTON ABBOTT Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations Build effective relationships with suppliers Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills And Experience
Previous leadership experience within Utilities Materials distributor Strong Sales aptitude Driving Licence is required We aim to recruit great people who understand our values and ways of working Evidence of motivating and driving sales for this role is important Strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service
