Brand & Content Director

Leeds City Centre | £35,000 - £50,000 p/a

This role is about building authority, creating high-impact content, and driving inbound opportunities from Private Equity clients and top-tier talent. You’ll own the personal brand of our Founder and Raw Selection across LinkedIn and YouTube.

Think strategy and execution - creating content that builds trust, generates attention, and positions us as the go-to search firm in Private Equity.

What You’ll Do

Build and run a content strategy across LinkedIn & YouTube

Produce, edit, and repurpose video content (YouTube > Shorts > LinkedIn)

Write hooks, captions, and scripts that drive engagement

Manage a content calendar aligned to business goals

Track analytics, interpret results, and act on the data

Create repurposing playbooks to get the most out of every piece of content

Spot trends and move quickly to stay ahead in B2B content

Who We Are Looking For

Deep understanding of LinkedIn & YouTube content dynamics

Strong video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)

Canva required, Adobe Suite a plus

Proven at writing hooks and captions that perform

Analytics-focused and commercially minded

Obsessed with content - you know what works and why

Experience in B2B (professional services or PE space a bonus)

Proven in growing a founder’s personal brand

Process-driven and able to operate independently

Based in Leeds
