As the Global Head of Brand & Product, you will map the strategic direction and execution of both brand and product initiatives across all channels and markets. You will lead a talented cross-functional team to build and implement innovative, insight-driven brand and product strategies that enhance brand identity, increase brand awareness, and strengthen consumer acquisition and retention.

This role demands a dynamic, visionary leader with a deep understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and evolving consumer behaviour. With full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, you will oversee the creation of world-class formulations and experiences that resonate with our audiences.

As the Head of Brand & Product, you'll:

  • Lead and execute global brand and product strategies that align with the brand vision, values, and long-term business objectives
  • Oversee full product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through launch, performance analysis, and reformulation or retirement.
  • Drive innovation and trend forecasting, leveraging consumer insights, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform both brand positioning and product development.
  • Conduct robust market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and ensure alignment with evolving consumer needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence, developing compelling messaging, storytelling, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints and marketing channels.
  • Lead go-to-market and campaign planning, working cross-functionally with CRM, PR, digital, creative, and commercial teams to drive impactful brand and product launches.
  • Champion consumer engagement strategies, including focus groups, brand health studies, and loyalty tier feedback loops to inform brand evolution and product innovation.
  • Manage global cross-functional collaboration, partnering with THG Labs, Supply Chain, Online, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless execution from concept to market.
  • Own budget planning and resource allocation for both product development and brand marketing, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and product quality, in collaboration with AQ and technical teams, ensuring all offerings meet industry standards and brand expectations.
  • Monitor and report on brand and product performance, utilizing analytics to inform future strategy and providing regular insights to the SLT.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in THG values, with an emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and continuous development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in brand management and product development within the beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods industries.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to build and execute global brand and product strategies that drive growth and consumer engagement.
  • Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including innovation, formulation, launch, performance tracking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborating with creative, digital, commercial, operations, and technical teams across global markets.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insight, market research, and trend forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing compelling brand narratives and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Budget ownership and resource planning experience, ensuring efficiency and return on investment across product and brand functions.
  • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
