What You’ll Do
- Lead business development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and nurture client relationships at a senior level
- Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo’s values
- Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Drive the delivery of profitable new business opportunities and the rebid of existing contracts to meet sales objectives
- Utilise financial modelling, competitive analysis, and innovative proposals to secure and grow business profitably
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in senior business development or sales roles. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and insight, with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. You will have demonstrated leadership that drives robust business growth, with a history of building and guiding high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
