What you'll do:
- Lead business development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and nurture client relationships at a senior level
- Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo's values
- Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Drive the delivery of profitable new business opportunities and the rebid of existing contracts to meet sales objectives
- Utilise financial modelling, competitive analysis, and innovative proposals to secure and grow business profitably

To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in senior business development or sales roles. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and insight and your illustrious career is defined by a proven track record of not just meeting but surpassing sales targets, your leadership instrumental in driving robust business growth. You've cultivated high-performing teams, guiding them towards collective triumphs while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
