Overview
Our client is a leading European Customer Experience Transformation business delivering digital customer experiences through AI, automation, technology, and insight. They are seeking a Business Development Director to join their sales team. This senior, pure new business acquisition role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients across key industries. You will work on a named target list of approximately 25 international businesses and will have BDR/SDR support, along with presales, solution design & project delivery resources.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close strategic new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Manage a named target list of approximately 25 international companies.
- Collaborate with BDR/SDR, presales, solution design, and project delivery teams to secure deals.
Qualifications
- Extensive B2B enterprise new business sales experience with at least 10 years selling to global enterprise businesses.
- Demonstrable success in delivering to a £2m GP or £1m ARR quota.
- In-depth understanding and experience selling AI, Data & Automation software & services.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a technology-related field.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £120k basic, double OTE
