Overview
My Consultancy client are looking for a Business Development Director to join them on a permanent basis. They work with businesses in a variety of industries to help them streamline their business. They will go in and see how the business works, find out the 'pinch' points over a 2 week analysis and then put together a performance/improvement plan which will last 16-20 weeks. They will then appoint the correct people and team to make sure they deliver what they say they will. They are focused around people led change.
Responsibilities
- Steer high-level strategy and leadership, focusing on growth through new client acquisition and the retention and expansion of existing clients.
- Lead the two-week analysis to identify pinch points and develop a 16- to 20-week performance/improvement plan.
- Assemble and deploy the appropriate people and team to deliver promised outcomes.
- Drive business growth and shape client engagement strategies in a professional services environment.
Qualifications
- 10 years of consulting experience (not IT/Digital Transformation).
- 2+ years of selling leasing sales within professional services.
- Extensive experience in developing new business opportunities within a professional services environment.
- Experience in stepping into a leadership role and guiding high-level strategy rather than day-to-day project execution.
