Business Development Director – DOOH & Media Partnerships

VYZR is an emerging media company specializing in gym‑based digital out‑of‑home (DOOH) advertising. Our network of immersive LED screens connects brands directly with highly engaged fitness audiences across the UK.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Director to lead and accelerate growth across our agency and media partnerships. This is a key commercial role, responsible for driving revenue through agencies, media buyers, and direct brand relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development with agencies, media planners, and key brand partners
• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to increase advertiser uptake across our gym network
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and create long‑term commercial partnerships
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the wider DOOH ecosystem
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable value for clients
• Represent VYZR at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in DOOH, media sales, or agency partnerships (industry experience is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the UK media landscape, buying cycles, and agency structures
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business

Package

• Basic salary £45,000–£60,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
