Job Description:

This role, for a commercially strong Business Development Director, will be responsible for managing strategic and operational sales and business development activities in the South West Region (primarily Bristol and surrounding areas).

You will drive sales activity and business growth, originate new opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region
• Identify and research target clients to develop pipeline and convert prospects
• Manage and drive the sales process to convert prospects into clients
• Meet with prospects regularly to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop proposals aligned with client needs
• Manage sales data, KPIs, and pipeline information
• Implement regional strategy and monitor progress
