Your Day-To-Day:
As a pivotal member of our UK team, you will be instrumental in creating our success and fostering the development of your team. Your core responsibilities will involve:
- Seeking Market Growth: Identifying and driving new business opportunities and market leadership - global reach.
- Building Strategic Client Partnerships: Cultivating strong, professional relationships with key prospective clients through insightful and value-driven engagements.
- Championing Transformative Programmes Developing a deep understanding of our market-leading programmes and services to effectively articulate their transformative power to a larger audience.
- Developing Future Leaders: Contributing to the growth, mentorship, and guidance of team members and emerging leaders.
- Driving Continuous Professional Excellence: Actively participating in ongoing training and development initiatives to maximize your strategic impact.
- Leading with Vision and Integrity: Inspiring a culture of achievement, empowerment, and future-forward thinking within the team.
- Updating client and lead information in the respective databases
- Planning business plans
- Creation of promotional and sales materials
- Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
Key Attributes for Success:
- 5+ years of work experience as a Business Development roles such as Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Highly motivated individual
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a high degree of autonomy, ideal for a remote leadership career path.
