We’re partnering with a fast-growing PropTech software company delivering an all-in-one platform for flexible workspace operators, serviced offices, and coworking providers. Their software streamlines operations, boosts occupancy, and enhances customer experience across extensive portfolios.

They’re hiring a Business Development Director focused on new business sales within the UK market. This role is hybrid, based in London with 3 days per week in the office, plus remote flexibility.

Your Role

As Business Development Director, you will own the full sales cycle targeting mid-market and enterprise flexible workspace operators and facility managers. You’ll generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, run consultative demos, and close SaaS deals involving multiple stakeholders.
