What You’ll Do

Identify and secure new business opportunities with insurers and fleet operators
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in insurance, brokers, and claims management
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close
Deliver ongoing high-quality account management post-sale
Share market insights to help shape product and service improvements
What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B business development experience in accident repair, motor claims, or salvage sectors
Strong network and ability to engage with senior insurance executives
Commercially driven, motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
