You’ll have access to £750m+ annual lending capacity, enabling you to close high-value deals without backing concerns. Pricing is structured to give you a competitive edge, and you’ll have full autonomy over your schedule. You’ll also have direct access to senior decision-makers to shape deal structures and pricing, ensuring they meet borrower needs and internal risk parameters. A strong support team handles credit and operations so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals.

What you'll do

• Originate bridging loans between £1m and £15m, leveraging a strong capital base to back your deals and grow your portfolio without funding constraints.
• Develop and manage relationships with key brokers with regular face-to-face meetings to keep your network active and engaged.
• Assess deals upfront, working closely with credit teams to ensure alignment with lending criteria. This hands-on involvement will sharpen your structuring skills and commercial impact.
• Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities and work towards ambitious quarterly targets, providing clear focus and earning potential.

What you'll need

• A proven track record in originating bridging loans or short-term real estate finance in the UK.
• A strong existing broker and client network ready for you to tap into.
• A deep understanding of the UK property investment market, including HMOs, refurbishments and conversions.
