Job Title: Business Development Manager / Director in Leasing and Asset Finance3 - PSD

Location: UK – London Office

European provider of B2B lease finance for digital asset finance looking to hire a Business Development Manager / Director.

This is a pivotal role for a driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in solution selling and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through strategic partnerships and targeted prospecting.
• Develop and strengthen relationships within the organisation’s existing ecosystem.
• Leverage personal networks and industry contacts to open new opportunities.
• Structure and sell a range of financing solutions, including:
  • Traditional finance and residual value-based leasing.
  • Use in House fund for deal with higher Risk.

About You / Qualifications

• Significant business development experience with measurable success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong background in client-facing solution selling, ideally involving digital solutions and/or asset finance in a B2B setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Relevant UK-based experience in Asset Finance / Leasing is essential
