Your Role, Your Impact

As a Business Development Regional Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy in London.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored property management solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a regional business development strategy focused on expanding FirstPort’s presence in the London market.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with RMCs, RTMs, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Pitch and present tailored property management solutions to meet diverse client needs.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer expectations.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
  • Attend industry networking events and represent FirstPort at key forums and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Regional Director for alignment with wider company goals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Generate leads by leveraging an established network of property professionals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across London.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in residential property management (ideally TPI Level 3 or above).
  • Proven success in business development and client acquisition, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RMCs, RTMs, and developer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
