Business Director (12M Contract) - £80k-£100k - London - Hybrid

Profiles Creative are hiring a Business Director to cover a member of the senior leadership team's maternity leave. Our client is a Creative & Production Agency, working with varied clients across FMCG, fashion, tech and more. We're looking for an experienced BD with an understanding of both production and creative services, ideally you'll have experience in an agency that offers both, within the branding space. Our client is a global agency with an exciting culture, this is a hybrid role in central London.

The Role: Be the Senior point of contact for key clients, new and existing – a trusted partner who can confidently lead meetings and provide strategic, creative, and commercial guidance. Grow and nurture client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business. Oversee pitches, presentations, and proposals, ensuring they’re sharp, engaging, and commercially sound. Align business objectives with creative excellence, working closely with production, creative, and strategy teams. Keep projects on track financially while always thinking ahead to the next opportunity.
