Find out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.comROLE PURPOSE Reporting to the Head of Business Management, the Business Management and Execution Delivery Lead is responsible for supporting the design, initiation, and delivery of strategic initiatives and programs of change across Client Delivery functions, as well as broad based business management efforts globally. This role drives superior and measurable improvements in business outcomes for AD and clients to support the ambitious growth objectives of the firm. Specifically, you will:As a senior member of Alter Domus’ client delivery organization – define and support delivery against specific KPIs related to the portfolio, driving value-based outcomes to enable continued operational strength and global scale.Oversee operational readiness for new initiatives and enhancements, ensuring end-to-end impacts are assessed, requirements defined, operations documentation completed (e.g., process flows, policies, procedures), training conducted, communications delivered, and ongoing operations support established.Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective delivery across multiple diverse, and sometimes competing, priorities.Support and manage implementation plans and resources across geographical areas and asset classes.Drive the formulation and strategic direction for process, organization and operating model across asset classes and locations.Support the development and implementation of new capabilities that support the client delivery organization.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that strategic initiatives align with AD's Group goals and objectives.Develop, identify, and support prioritization of an overall book of work focused on delivering quality and efficient services, at scale.Be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.Deliver sustainable and lasting positive impacts of change.Maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.PROFILEYou have at least 10 years proven experience in a consulting or services business with a track record of execution and outcome delivery.You have experience in a senior leadership role implementing and managing KPI-driven initiatives with extensive experience in asset servicing operating models.You have proficiency in project portfolio management methodologies and business metrics and analysis to inform strategic decision-making with a focus on aligning projects with KPIs for maximum impact and value.You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business improvement.You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation.LEADERSHIP & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESDemonstrate superior business insight and commercial acumen combined with strong technical expertise and analytical problem-solving skills.Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a global mind-set, partnering effectively across regions with agility and flexibility; act as a change agent to drive the business forward.Maintain high energy and passion to drive the business, influence others, and tackle issues quickly.Adeptly manage competing demands, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure while navigating complexity and challenges with confidence and resilience.Possess strong interpersonal skills – influencing and building trust quickly, navigating ambiguity, and negotiating with tenacity and focus.Demonstrate personal resilience in an international, high-growth company context.Commit to high integrity and ethics.Demonstrate the Alter Domus values: Succeed with speed, Take charge together, Adapt with authority, Reimagine with results.Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $250k+ and applies only to candidates located in the United States (final offer will be determined by individual experience and competencies).Alter Domus is committed to inclusion and believes inclusive teams drive brilliant performance.
