• Provide strategic guidance on business services and outsourcing solutions to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs.

Profile

A successful Business Services and Outsourcing Associate Director should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
