Overview In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of outsourcing work within the North Outsourcing team, focusing on scale‑up and growth businesses. You’ll ensure quality client work, manage client expectations, and drive growth and commercial management of the outsourcing portfolio. You’ll align with the national outsourcing agenda, ensuring the team meets required service levels, complies with risk management requirements, and aligns their work with the firm’s processes and procedures. You’ll Be Someone With
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience of delivering outsourcing service to clients Strong accountancy experience required Strong communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally PowerBI and outsourcing technology solutions Excellent knowledge of accounting packages Experience of working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects
