OverviewIn this dynamic role, you'll coordinate the delivery of outsourcing work within the North Outsourcing team, focusing on scale-up and growth businesses. You'll ensure quality client work, manage client expectations, and drive growth and commercial management of the outsourcing portfolio. You'll align with the national outsourcing agenda, ensuring the team meets required service levels, complies with risk management requirements, and aligns their work with the firm's processes and procedures.You’ll be someone with:Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experienceDemonstrable experience of delivering outsourcing service to clientsSolid accountancy experience requiredStrong communication skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and ideally PowerBI and outsourcing technology solutionsExcellent knowledge of accounting packagesExperience of working collaboratively in a team to deliver projectsYou’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
