We’re seeking a Business Unit Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver exceptional programmes across the UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior lead for client relationships in Ireland, with wider oversight across the UK and EMEA. Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen partnerships and unlock future opportunities. Oversee the delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and risk management. Support business development activity through bids, sales, and market engagement. Provide strategic insight into industry trends to guide investment and growth plans. Lead, support, and mentor project managers and consultants to ensure consistently high performance. Play a central role in tendering processes, shaping winning approaches. Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain a strong presence with stakeholders. About You We’re looking for an accomplished leader with the presence and experience to make an immediate impact. 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, data centres, or mission-critical programmes. Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes. International experience working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial awareness with the skill to balance delivery, sales, and operational leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Degree-qualified in a built environment discipline (or equivalent). Professional memberships (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent experience.
