Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee operations in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various medical settings, including long-term care, acute care, and critical care. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent in Social Care) Level 7 desirable. Evidence of continuous professional development in leadership, safeguarding, and quality management. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Registered Manager or Operations role within residential childrens services (adult services may be considered with transferable skills). Proven track record of leading multiple services to achieve at least Good Ofsted ratings. Experience in service development, including opening new provisions.
