As a Youth Manager you will be in the heart of the action, creating magical moments for our younger guests and their families. From planning exciting activity programmes to hosting spectacular events across the ship, you’ll be the driving force behind a fun-filled, memory-making experience. Our Youth Team are made up of friendly, happy, caring people who pull together to enhance the services we provide onboard.
You’ll lead a dynamic and professional team of childcare practitioners, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service while creating joyful and memorable experiences for our younger guests. Whether it’s tailoring the entertainment schedule to suit the itinerary or hosting unforgettable events across the ship, you’ll ensure every child leaves with stories they’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification or Qualified Teacher essential.
- Managerial experience essential. Experience as a safeguarding lead beneficial.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on well-being.
- Experience of managing both small and large teams of childcare professionals.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- A passion to work with children and the ability to inspire other childcare professionals
- Current experience working in a childcare or educational setting.
- Previous experience working onboard a cruise ship, or within a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Available to work onboard for a minimum 4-month contract.
