Reporting to: Managing Director UK & Ireland

Are you a strategic sales leader ready to shape the future of residential channel sales across the UK & Ireland? My client are looking for a dynamic Channel Director to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Channel Director, you’ll be at the forefront of residential sales strategy—developing and executing plans that align with broader business goals. You’ll lead a team of four direct reports and 18 within their teams, driving performance, innovation, and growth.

Your role will include:

  • Owning and delivering the channel budget and Annual Operating Plan
  • Leading customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Negotiating high-value contracts and building long-term partnerships
  • Launching new products into the channel and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Championing a high-performance culture across your team
  • Representing the business externally in an ambassadorial capacity

The business are seeking a proven second-line leader who thrives on delivering through others and has a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Graduate calibre with strong leadership credentials
  • P&L accountability and successful delivery
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Skilled in managing both high and low performers ethically and effectively
  • Industry experience in construction, plumbing & heating brands, or specification-led environments
