We’re looking for a commercially minded Channel Director - E-commerce to take ownership of D2C growth for a high-growth health & wellness brand. You’ll set and deliver the commercial strategy across Shopify, social commerce, and fast-emerging marketplaces - while leading a team of 4 and working closely with creative, brand, and performance marketing teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational detail with strategic thinking. You’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, digging into data, and flexing between trading, creative campaigns, and longer-term growth initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own commercial performance across webshop, social commerce, and marketplaces (excl Amazon).
  • Deliver sustainable sales and profitability targets while keeping the brand ahead of competitors.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional team across trading, performance media, and social commerce.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to launch products and shape campaigns that convert.
  • Bring operational excellence in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Manage external partners and marketplace relationships, driving growth in up & coming social channels.
  • Play a senior leadership role in ecommerce, developing talent and championing cross-functional collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record leading across the full D2C board - from Shopify webshops through to social commerce and fast-growing marketplaces.
  • Commercially sharp and highly data-driven, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Background in multi-SKU consumer categories such as Beauty, Personal Care, or Wellness, with the ability to manage breadth and complexity at scale.
  • A collaborative and low-ego leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Equally comfortable setting commercial strategy and shaping creative campaigns, working closely with brand and design teams.
  • Experienced in building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
  • A natural preference for in-office collaboration (Hybrid Working), bringing pace, energy, and alignment to teams.
