Overview

You will provide CFO services to ambitious £2–£50M private businesses, helping business owners reach their goals.

We are looking for self-starters with ambition, energy and a genuine commitment to helping clients, typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs or MDs. You will thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio, supported by a global network of CFOs. We have big dreams, and we expect you to share them.

What you need to have

You need to be qualified from one of the UK\'s major chartered accounting institutes and have real-life CFO/FD experience, with strong experience in commercial finance, business strategy, and a proven track record. Your unique value is the ability to build genuine, long-lasting client relationships — part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend. Clients should feel that The CFO Centre is in it with them for the long term.

You will work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFOs/FDs in a collaborative environment. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, with family values at our core, as seen in our client operations.
