Role Overview
The Chief of Staff or European Program Director will serve as the right hand to the SVP, Region, acting as a force multiplier to accelerate business outcomes, improve operating rhythm, and ensure alignment across the region. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, requiring both a big-picture mindset and a strong bias for action.
You’ll help drive strategic priorities across countries, customer segments, and product lines — from growth initiatives and transformation programs to leadership operations and go-to-market effectiveness. And, your first priority will be to build a sustainable and data driven revenue engine within Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the SVP in defining and operationalising regional strategy, priorities, and OKRs.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly business planning, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear milestones and ownership.
Leadership Enablement & Operating Rhythm
- Drive effective leadership team collaboration by designing and managing cadences (e.g., weekly LT meetings, QBRs, offsites).
- Own preparation of executive briefings, board materials, customer insights, and internal communications.
- Ensure timely decision-making and follow-through on key leadership actions.
Regional Business Operations
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure coordinated execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Surface business risks and opportunities using data and insight; drive operational interventions as needed.
- Manage cross-functional programs, pipeline build and execution, market expansion, customer innovation workshops, and account acceleration plans.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead or support key projects on behalf of the SVP — including partnerships, commercial strategy, M&A integration, or operational transformation.
- Act as a liaison with global corporate functions to align regional needs with enterprise capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a similar Chief of Staff capacity — ideally within enterprise software or B2B technology.
- Deep understanding of regional markets, customers, and business practices.
- Strong data analytics capabilities ideally a maths or data science major. You will be familiar with Tableau, Power BI and or other statistical packages and be able to conduct deep analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, project management, and execution discipline.
- Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels with confidence and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying complexity.
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation with a hands-on mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar qualification preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) an advantage.
