As Client & Agency Partnerships Director, you will be tasked with building and growing relationships with media agencies, core advertisers directly and other advertisers looking to reach an aspirational male audience. Your role involves generating and answering new briefs, closing deals and establishing SB Media as a trusted premium partner. You'll achieve this by selling social-first branded content, sponsorships, multimedia partnerships and display solutions on our channels that solve client challenges.

Experience at a media owner/publishing business essential with a proven track record in building and growing business and a talent for staying prominent in a crowded marketplace. You should have existing client direct &/or media agency relationships to leverage. Experience at a media agency or in selling social-first content partnerships is a bonus.

Join our team and enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK or USA – we have offices in London and Manchester, plus a fully remote setup. Our clients are global, so we’re open to talent with the right connections wherever you’re based.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000–£75,000 plus uncapped commission of up to 55% (35% OTE) – giving you the earning potential to really reward your success.
