Role Description: As Client Director you will hold overall responsibility for client accounts, ensuring that all client business is managed effectively. Your responsibility will cover OOH planning & buying across a variety of clients and agencies whilst overseeing day to day client business and team management. Your ability to manage, maintain and build business will be crucial to the development and strategic direction of Evolve OOH.

  • Extensive OOH planning experience and market knowledge.
  • A solid understanding of the UK & International OOH landscape and established relationships with Media Owners.
  • Experience in OOH, DOOH strategic planning, programmatic buying and creative optimisation.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen.
  • First class relationship management skills; with the ability to communicate across all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Versatility to work and travel across multiple markets.
  • Strong presentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Director to set individual client KPIs and strategies, ensuring these are met and driving sales across the business.
  • Manage a team of client managers and oversee their day-to-day management.
  • Find, build and develop new OOH relationships with clients, agencies and suppliers.
  • Drive forward and forge key relationships globally and locally.
  • Produce proposals and presentations for clients to land new accounts.
  • Direct and manage multiple plans in multiple markets concurrently.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate planning information and campaign statuses in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure a high level of customer service internally.
  • Develop meaningful and collaborative revenue-driving relationships that enable and grow awareness for Evolve.
  • Compile and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for senior management.
  • Resolve client and campaign issues quickly as they arise.
  • Help build, maintain and utilise planning tools; ensure data is up to date and the wider team can assist.
  • Coach and supervise the team on projects and troubleshoot while evaluating performance.
  • Work with the Business Director to compile and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for senior management.
