- Salary: £160,000 + Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing strategic accounts within the telecoms sector
- Leading business development across UK telco enterprises — from first contact to signed deal
- Applying a consultative sales approach to complex IT and software development services
- Collaborating with technical delivery teams to align solutions with client challenges
- Taking charge of pipeline strategy, forecasting, and sales performance
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
- Working cross-functionally with marketing to generate and nurture qualified leads
- Acting as a trusted partner to C-level execs and decision-makers in the telco space
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven track record selling IT services into the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, digital platforms, and tech consulting
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience working with large UK-based telco businesses — international exposure is a plus
- Commercially minded with a proactive, self-driven approach
- Able to operate confidently in fast-paced, multicultural business environments
