Client Director

The Director is responsible for leading and owning key client relationships, delivering high-quality OOH solutions that meet client, business, and commercial objectives. The Director works closely with internal teams to deliver the full end-to-end OOH campaign output, supported by the Commercial lead for client pricing guarantees, the Innovation lead for new creative and bespoke opportunities, and the data, insight, and research team (Multiply) to understand new data products and research solutions. Owning the full Planning and Buying process provides exposure to all aspects of OOH Planning & Buying beyond standard solutions.

The Director will liaise with the Dentsu X Agency Partner on business development and growth opportunities, and with the dentsu OOH Commercial Delivery Partner to ensure client pricing guarantees are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to OOH briefs that meet client campaign objectives and KPIs, including plans and rationale documents, and identify opportunities for organic growth alongside the Agency Partner.
  2. Manage relationships with specified clients and ensure effective communication with the Dentsu X Agency Partner.
  3. Work with media owners to ensure effective relationships and practices to meet agency targets and organic growth opportunities.
  4. Manage and develop team members to their full potential.
  5. Capture and share lessons learned and great work within the agency group, collaborating with Marketing/Multiply/Agency Partner to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Lead, motivate, and coach the team, inspiring a diverse group of people.
  8. Build strong relationships with media owner partners and agency/client contacts.
  9. Maintain extensive OOH knowledge and experience in planning and buying, using industry and internal tools.
  10. Handle high volumes of work with strong project management skills, efficiently allocating resources.
  11. Negotiate effectively to ensure campaign KPIs and commercial targets are achieved.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role. The team is based in our London office with flexible working arrangements, currently in the office 2-3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
