Location: We seek candidates to work with our teams across the UK. We offer flexible office arrangements, including a hybrid working model.

A look into the role

If you enjoy working on a wide range of projects that support businesses and communities, you'll be a good fit.

Specifically, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of several client projects, managing client relationships, and supporting Partners and Directors with business development to foster growth and revenue. You will help expand our client base through excellent relationship management, networking, and personal branding.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication from initial contact to project completion.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities via your network.
• Collaborate with the CFO solutions team to execute growth strategies, participate in growth initiatives, and target key entities.
• Engage in internal business development activities, such as sector-specific calls and internal events to promote CFO solutions.
• Maintain regular client check-ins to monitor secondee performance and develop relationships for potential opportunities.
• Support secondees with workload and wellbeing, addressing any issues.
• Manage additional resources for ongoing client engagements as needed.
• Keep revenue and cost forecasts current.
• Provide delivery updates to the Clients & Markets team.
• Review resource options and discuss roles with candidates to identify the best fit.

• Demonstrable experience in building revenue and growth through strong business relationships.
• Experience in developing personal brand and network for business support.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of finance functions.
• Proven experience in growing client relationships.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a passion for supporting and advising businesses.
• Experience in a practice environment, such as External Audit, or industry experience.
• Experience in a revenue-generating or fee-earning role.
