Client Engagement Manager - New Business

We currently have an opportunity for a proven business development specialist, with a background in selling solutions & professional services, to join our commercial practice at UBDS.
As a Client Engagement Director, you will identify & build relationships with new Enterprise clients. You will work closely with our strategic partners to identify joint business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you should be a great relationship builder, consultative, innovative, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering world-class solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new revenue by prospecting, identifying, and closing new business and new logos.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new key accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with decision-making CXO level executives and IT leadership by understanding their business pain points and desired outcomes, and articulating a clear vision for our solutions.
- Manage client satisfaction.
- Lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to identify, pursue, and win opportunities.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and increase customer value.
- Develop trust and understanding of strategic business initiatives to generate demand within client accounts.
- Assist in developing use cases, collateral, case studies, and press releases.
- Work with partner vendor teams to sell into their accounts and explore new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales or consulting, ideally selling professional services within large enterprise customers.
- A track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets with complex solutions.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building abilities.
- Desire to stay updated with evolving technology trends.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for solution adoption.
