As a full-service agency blending creativity with data, they help brands define, differentiate, and scale through strategic campaigns that span digital, social, brand, paid media, and more. Now, they’re looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Director to champion their client partnerships, elevate service delivery, and unlock new strategic opportunities for growth across their portfolio.
In this key leadership role, you’ll be the strategic lead and trusted advisor for some of their most valuable clients — both SMEs and enterprise-level brands. You’ll ensure that every interaction with our client reflects their commitment to excellence, value, and results. From setting the relationship roadmap and aligning strategic priorities to overseeing project success and commercial outcomes, you’ll be the voice of the client within the agency — and the voice of the agency to the client.
Working cross-functionally with the Creative, Paid Media, Content and Strategy teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that client campaigns are not only well-executed but also strategically aligned and insight-driven. You’ll help scope projects, shape proposals, and drive retention and growth through proactive communication, relationship-building, and identifying opportunities to expand impact.
The ideal Client Relationship Director will have:
* An experienced client leader from an agency or consultancy background, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-value accounts.
* A strategic thinker who understands how to connect client objectives to creative and marketing solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* A natural communicator and relationship-builder, able to inspire trust, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and handle challenging conversations with ease and professionalism.
* Familiarity with full-funnel marketing services – from branding and content to digital, paid media, performance marketing, and creative.
What you'll do as Client Relationship Director:
* Serve as the senior point of contact and relationship owner for key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Lead regular strategy and performance meetings, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and deliver tangible results.
* Collaborate with internal teams to scope new opportunities, support pitch development, and help shape campaign proposals and statements of work.
* Monitor account health across key metrics – from budget to performance to engagement – and proactively address issues before they escalate.
* Mentor and support account managers and client service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint
