You will act as a senior ambassador for the business, shaping how they interact with the market, deepening relationships with key accounts, and helping to convert opportunity into long term value. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage key insurer relationships, ensuring account retention, satisfaction, and growth. Identify and convert new commercial opportunities with insurers and MGAs, working closely with the Directors and wider leadership team. Influence client fee structures, DA terms, and renewal negotiations with a clear view on margin, performance, and deliverables. Monitor claims and insurance trends (e.g., inflation, regulatory change, ESG, tech), and position Prism proactively in the market.
