Overview
Profiles Creative are delighted to be partnering with a leading events and experiential agency to find a dynamic Client Services Director. This senior leadership role is the key link between clients, the agency team, and new business opportunities – driving both growth and innovation while ensuring world-class delivery. Our client specialises in sports, brands and entertainment.
The Role:
As Client Services Director, you’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, trusted to lead high-level conversations, foster long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to add real value. You’ll inspire and mentor a talented team, shaping creative solutions, driving collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring every project exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships while spotting opportunities for growth
- Partner with the leadership team to win and grow business through creative, strategic solutions
- Mentor and develop the client services team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Lead pitches and new business efforts, from writing to presenting
- Ensure client requirements are met while balancing commercial goals and profitability
- Act as line manager to Account Directors and wider reports, driving career growth and team development
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth integration across the agency
- Provide strategic insight to clients, delivering solutions that build confidence and trust
- Contribute to company-wide meetings, updates, and resource planning
- Develop and deliver accurate revenue forecasts while ensuring profitability across accounts
About You
We’re looking for a highly experienced client services leader with a proven track record in the events and experiential space. You’ll be as comfortable leading strategic conversations with C-suite clients as you are motivating and mentoring your team.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in client services within live events/experiential (exhibitions, conferences, activations)
- A natural leader with outstanding communication skills – able to influence up, down, and across
- Experienced in line management, budgeting, and profitability oversight
- Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Adaptable, pragmatic, and results-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Approachable, collaborative, and culturally aware – with the ability to bring fun and energy to your work
