As Clinical Director at frank. Pet Surgeons, you will mentor and coach our veterinary team while maintaining a hands-on approach to clinical work. You will have dedicated clinical time to work up cases, perform surgeries, and provide excellent patient care, alongside protected time for leadership responsibilities.

At frank. Pet Surgeons, we handle a diverse range of orthopaedic cases, including complex fractures, total hip replacement, angular limb deformities, and advanced spinal and soft tissue surgeries. This role offers you the chance to fully immerse yourself in orthopaedics, working within a collaborative team dedicated exclusively to surgical excellence.

As part of our Specialist-led team, you will lead 4 Surgeons (2 Specialists) and 3 Surgical Interns.
