Commercial Development Director : Stadia Commercial Development Director : Stadia, A GBP 70k : A GBP 90k DOE We are working with a leading caterer who are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Director to join their team. The Commercial Development Director will be responsible for driving new business within Stadia and Leisure, continuously identifying new opportunities to build partnerships and drive forward the innovation and direction of the department. Responsibilities
Develop sales strategy and manage new business pipeline Build and maintain client relationships Network, attend industry events, and research tender invitations Lead sales process from initial contact to closing deals Assist in mobilising contracts and ensuring client satisfaction Manage weekly activity to achieve sales target
The Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of stadia and leisure market Ability to collaborate with operational and finance teams Experience in managing multiple tenders Proven track record of securing contracts Strong presentation and coaching abilities Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets Exceptional relationship:building skills
