We wish to recruit a driven and strategic Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and shape growth across the Plumbmaster division. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of one of the region’s fastest-growing independent merchants.

Key responsibilities for the role of Commercial Director include:

• Lead and implement commercial strategies across sales, purchasing, and pricing to drive business performance.
• Deliver profitable growth and margin improvement across all branches and product categories.
• Mentor and manage the external Plumbing & Heating sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strengthen strategic customer relationships through joint visits and long-term engagement.
• Oversee pricing governance, including Decision Support Pricing and Special Price Agreements to maintain control and competitiveness.
