We are seeking a talented Commercial Director (Sales), UK & Ireland to join our Global Benefits Management team in Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB).

Based in London this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Commercial Director (Sales) for Global Benefits Management, you will be responsible for growing our business through winning new, profitable clients across the UK and Ireland. This role requires the individual to manage the sales cycle from end-to-end; covering all aspects of the complex sales process, from pre-sale through to presentation, close, contracting and hand-over to Client Excellence.

You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders across all of Marsh McLennan (MMC) - generating leads via various internal channels and distribution networks to establish win-win relationships on a regional and global basis with the world's leading multinational companies.
