What you’ll be doing: Shape B2B & B2C customer strategies aligned to the company’s mission. Drive marketing and brand growth, attracting new clients and strengthening existing relationships. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and demonstrate how to build lifetime client value. Identify and execute new commercial opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion. Lead and inspire a passionate customer services team. Collaborate with the CEO and Board to monitor performance and set ambitious goals.
