Overview

We’re looking for a senior commercial leader to take charge of our retail client's e-commerce performance across all channels. This is an outward-facing, hands-on role focused on delivering growth and commercial results.

Pay: £120,000 - £160,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits

Location: London (3 days in the office)

Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial function with full accountability for channel performance and trading outcomes.
  • Build and own senior-level relationships with partners, marketplaces, and platforms to unlock preferential terms, top-tier visibility, and accelerated growth.
  • Lead multiple high-performing teams and work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing to drive execution across every touchpoint.
  • Analyse data rigorously to ensure smart trading and commercially sound decisions at pace.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial or trading roles, ideally with exposure to online marketplaces, eCommerce and traditional retail.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams; takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience driving non-Amazon marketplace growth, including launching brands across emerging EMEA platforms and building ties with trading partners.
  • Skilled at building commercial partnerships and opening doors, building trust, and unlocking value.
  • Comfort operating across data, margin, inventory, and customer experience levers.
  • Commercially sharp, fast-moving and pragmatic—focused on action and results.
  • Comfortable switching between strategy, partner negotiations, and hands-on execution.
  • Driven by opportunity, proactive, and able to get things done.
  • Hands-on mentality—willing to dive into the weeds, resolve issues, and move forward.
  • Passionate about growing brands and unlocking opportunities—always seeking the next lever to pull.
