Commercial Director – Cyber Security Forum Initiative

The Cyber Security Forum Initiative is seeking a Commercial Director to lead major infrastructure programmes across civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme delivery on hybrid basis, focusing on defence and nuclear sector projects.
• Act as key interface between clients and construction partners, ensuring successful programme delivery.
• Oversee programme governance, risk management, project controls, and commercial contract management (NEC3/NEC4).
• Engage stakeholders within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, high-value construction/infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+).
• Deep experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3/NEC4) and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with landmark projects such as Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, or Thames Tideway preferred.
